They mean ALL links. You can get infected by seeing ads on a webpage no matter how legitamate, and using hacks you can make a link look like another address than what its going to. The ONLY safe way is to directly or through a reputable well known search engine, go to a site. Yeah... I am proffesionally trained and I don't either. No my friend… They mean ALL links.
