		<description>All the anti virus software in the world won&#039;t guard against a well crafted phishing scam.  Shortened URL&#039;s are one of the big problems.

		<description>No my friend... They mean ALL links.  You can get infected by seeing ads on a webpage no matter how legitamate, and using hacks you can make a link look like another address than what its going to.

The ONLY safe way is to directly or through a reputable well known search engine, go to a site.
